Jeter's apartment back on the market after some new renovations: Pictures Here

(Unconfirmed interior Pictures above)

Derek Jeter put his $20 million dollar luxury condo on the market in September, but had no luck selling it. Real estate professionals felt that his apartment just didn't have enough charm, because it was empty, so it's rumored that Bruce Hans recommended updating.

"Derek is fabulouso, but his apartment was not-so fabulouso." said a tip toeing Bruce. "I just had to add in some pizazz and all that jazz."

There were reports that the toilet wasn't flushed and someone even left an upper-decker.(If you don't know what an Upper Decker is Click Here for the definition.)

We asked Pete Goons what he thought about it selling.

"After I heard there was a 'log in the attic,' I believe the value went down a little. I mean who did it? Was it Ponson? It was Ponson wasn't it?"

We don't know who did it, but let's see how the place sells now with the updates.
